Ban Haw Khan Condo might be better, 3 mos. lease,  w/ a terrace/balcony, bigger studio room, close to CMU & can ride my bicycle, swim, etc. I've never lived there but a friend's lived there for 2 yrs now.

 

Srithana 2 condo doesn't have a balcony studio right now & is a little more expensive, but has monthly rental. No pool or fitness center. But OK,  many expats. SC2 is on Huay Kaew rd.near Huay Kaew residence (which is Really cheap, tiny but mine was quiet last year).

 

BTW - any other ideas in the CMU area?
