Cocaine dealing is an international business, just a bit of extra homework/study then, isn't it?

What I love about Thailand is the lack of political correctness that simply hides the truth.  For example; Nigerian = criminal 97% of the time.    Thailand proves that racial profiling works and is ac

Not quite true Hong Bong... Many of them, not most of them.

To answer your question, YES, I have seen scores of Africans at those places you mentioned. Your post insinuates that you consider Africa to be a country. Well, FYI, it's the second most-populous continent. I'm an African and I do visit those aforementioned places. Although there are criminals from the continent living in the Kingdom, there's a multitude of  law-abiding ones like me -who you've never seen nor met. Your stereotypical conclusion to that any black person you make eye contact with on Sukhumvit 'beckon' suspiciously is ridiculous. When you make generalized statements like "even the students and 2nd rate 'international footballers' here sell drugs", that speaks a lot about your mentality towards black Africans.

Scores at those places... no. But I do symphatize with you and the law-abiding ones, being subject to stereotypes. However, you must recognize that the stereotypes are there for some reason, not just "mentality". If some african countries could tackle their own problems of poverty, corruption, misuse of public and international resources, surely it would be a great step towards changing the stereotypes.

I do not think Africa is  country stop spewing rubbish.

Everything I said about Black drug dealers on Sukhumvit is true and well known. In addition at night these days one will find the lower sois now overrun with some of the fattest and most unattractive aggressive African women imaginable and they don't have a work permit for what they are offering on the street.  The Army should go down there round them and their drug dealing pimps up and deport them. These scum reflect badly on Africa and all tourists. I think you might consider agreeing Thailand increase vigilance and carefully scrutinize the visa applications and real reasons for travel for people from certain regions that are well known for creating mischief and danger in the Kingdom

Of course there are some "law abiding" Africans in the Kingdom. I have not seen any at tourists attractions perhaps they are too busy studying or working? So don't blame me you can attribute that to the African crims that are the basis for the "stereotype" which happens to be true. My friends' University age daughter reported recently she was stopped by BKK cops three times in one day. Once the Police find she is African American they treated her respectfully. That was not much fun for her but she did say they were nicer than the racist cops in Texas!

Foreigners who abuse visas and commit crimes are the cause for all the recent increases in paperwork hassles, that we all must endure these days. Please join me in looking forward to the next "Operation Black Eagle" crackdown.

I used to work in Nigeria in 1976 and I met many very decent Nigerians.       It is very unlikely that you will meet any decent ones in the lower Sukhumvit area.
