Impact Arena (BTS/MRT)

Featured Replies

Hi,

What is the fastest way to get to Impact Arena?

- BTS Mo Chit or

- MRT Phahon Yothin

How long does it take by taxi from either station?

Many thanks :)

Obviously it depends on time of the day, but either of those options are fine. I would say no longer than 30 mins from either of those, unless there is rain or unexpectedly heavy traffic. Should not be to bad as provided you are going in the morning and coming back in the afternoon, generally you are going against the flow of traffic.

The easiest way via public transport is to take one of the mini vans which travel from just north of Victory Monument (under the expressway on the west side of Phahonyothin rd - essentially just walk the entire length of the pedestrian link from the BTS Station, the area 40m beyond the end ) direct to Muang Thong Thani. It travels direct along the Expressway and they drop you at Impact. cost is 30 baht and usually takes 20 mins off peak and around 40 mins peak.

Probably around 7-10K pax use these vans on a normal day, if there's an event or concert that number doubles or triples.

If you take the MRT you should go to MRT Chatuchak, from there it's faster because the taxi can just drive over on vibhavadi road. So MRT and BTS is the same ?
