Trying to help out a friend get paperwork organized.

Could anyone point me in the right direction how to start the process to get legally married at the Amphur  in Ubon Ratchatani.

We are reading amphurs not all have the same requirements??? Maybe a phone number we could call to find out more.

Normally the only additional requirement is the certified copy of their passport which is mentioned on the page.

There is a topic on the marriage and divorce forum about all marriages to a Thai have to be approved in Bangkok. I am not sure the info is correct though or would apply here. Best to check with the Amphoe about it.
