Sky High Prices?

On a recent trip to Bangkok, I noticed this condo and am assuming that at the top is some sort of a restaurant or penthouse. I am also assuming that it is probably worth a few Baht. What do you think it would cost to buy the entire top floor?

 

No, it’s not for me nor any of my friends. None of us are hiso. Just curious.

That's most likely a common area, the pool might be there. So it won't be for sale

I doubt its worth much. I believe it is Star View Condo, visible clearly off elevated tollway going over the bridge. Its on Rama 3 road so currently not high prices when compared to more central areas, although its starting to develop. Prices are about 100-120K per sqm, developed by Eastern Star and the roof is common area swimming pool etc as someone mentioned.
