Dear Guests,

 

I am currently conducting research for my Masters dissertation in Applied Project Management. The survey and final paper aims to explore the relation between the perception of organisational sustainable policies and employee retention. I would be truly grateful to have respondents based in the UK and Thailand who could support my data collection. I have posted this survey on the Thai SME forum as i would also like to have a number of survey responses from those working in SMEs.
