I actually know of one in khon kaen on the Sri chan Rd. 

 

It's about 7 metres by 4 metres internal but also has an outside.

 

I'm not sure it's a movable structure but a lot of appliances and furniture available.

 

The price on kaidee.com is 250k but if you were to stay in that location it would be 8k a month rent. Been sitting there shut for a few months now so I think theye would sell the assets relating to the coffee shop. Just do a search on kaidee.com for property sales in khon kaen and you can view it.

Thank you thank you!..we are in Chanthaburi..... nightmare to move. ... and will be expensive. . surprising they all make 3 MTs maximum so they say...to fit on trailer... Good of you all to assist..if visiting down this way .... welcome for good English cuppa or coffee/ cakes..
