KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) - Former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak was arrested on Tuesday, three sources familiar with the matter told Reuters, following an investigation into how billions of dollars went missing from a state fund he founded almost a decade ago.

CHIANG RAI — Rescue officials on Tuesday put out a call for special small-sized diving masks to rescue 12 boys and their coach who have been trapped in a cave for 10 days.
