I have checked previous posts but still unable to locate the Acer computer service center in Chaing Mai .I have been redirected from Huay Kaew Road

to Bamrung Buri  road  next to the LG service center .However they have now  moved from that location also . As my laptop is under guarantee i would like to deal with 

official service center direct.The website lists Bamrung Buri road which is no longer correct .  Anyone know the current location ?

its behind big-c. easiest way to get there is just go to big-c (the one closest to chang pheuk and near index living mall store) and exit out the back parking lot.. .it is across the street

 

Isnt the first year of warranty covered by the place you bought it from?

I bought one last week and have a sticker on it for service locations

I might have to go myself, after a week with it I still dont know how to switch it off!

You are correct if a replacement is due .For repairs under guarantee they are usually re-directed by the retailer to the service center
