Popular Post NCC1701A
In a press conference tonight, Rescue chief Narongsak said everyone thought that this was Mission Impossible. I hope before all this is forgotten something is done re Thai citizenship for them & their families. They've brought the nation together, would only be fitting. Totally agree with you,, Sheryl. For me, this whole magnificent achievement shows what can be done when silly, narrow-minded nationalism and pride are put aside and people of different races and religions work together, helping each other, motivated solely by compassion and care for others. It is the beauty of the human spirit that has been vindicated by these heroic events over the past two weeks - which cannot be imprisoned in any one little nationalistic box. It is universal and all-sharing and all-giving. Absolutely wonderful!
Popular Post NCC1701A
The unsung heroes of the rescue mission was the team who tirelessly pumped water out of the cave. But now they’ve volunteered to stay behind to pump water out of the flooded farm fields. Total respect from me. #ThamLuang #ถ้ำหลวง #Thailand #ThaiCaveRescue https://twitter.com/RichardBarrow/status/1016701887343521792 10

Popular Post balo
They will not be going to Moscow , way too early for that . First some of them need to become Thai citizens to get passports. But they are invited to Old Trafford for a game since their all Man U fans.

And much respect to him and everyone involved in the Herculean effort to save these boys and their coach. An incredible team effort. From those planning the rescue to those risking life and limb humping air canisters in and out, laying rope, installing the drainage pumps and pipe, setting up comms, ferrying messages of love and support, keeping rescue personnel well-fed and in good spirits as well as the entire world community cheering from the sidelines. Get a <deleted> grip. They have just been a horrific experience. I’m sure they will know and will feel bad enough for what happened to the diver who sadly passed away with out this kind of tripe. I seem to recall that he brought an Aussie diving buddy with him who has not been mentioned much. Let's hope that, in the fullness of time, we will learn about all the people who made this rescue possible. Yesterday I read a thread about a woman who has been running a laundry service 24-hours to make sure the volunteers have clean clothing. One of her laundry workers said "I can't dive into the cave to rescue the boys, but I can make sure the rescuers have comfortable clothes". I have to admit that I shed a tear or two. 8

Basil B
I would imagine they are still getting the rest of the rescuers out and may well be leaving equipment in the caves until they dry out in six months time.
