non-o ME soon expired, 7/30/60 days extension possible?

Featured Replies

Hi.

I have a NoO-o ME visa which expired in May and im in the final days of the last 90 days entry

Usually i would just go Savanakhet and get a new one, but for various reasons i would like to postpone that a week or two or even longer if possible

Is it possible to go to emigration and pay for an extension of stay (as long as possible) but at least 7 days?

I would use Emigration in Pattaya or BKK if thats relevant for the matter

Also if this is possible, would i need to bring other documentation/papers other than my passport?

Thank you for any advice

If married to a Thai you can apply for a 60 day extension to visit them. They will need to be with you when you apply.

You will need your marriage certificate plus a copy, copies of their house book registry and ID card.

You will need proof of residence for the region that the immigration office is located.

If your non-o is based on marriage or children you can get a 60 day extension.

Bring copies of marriage certificate, her id and housebook.

Take her with you.

Go to Imm' with your wife, copy of her ID, house book, marraige cert, obviously your passport and get 60 days. 1900 baht ???

and a photo.

60 days starts from last day of your 90 day entry, not from the day you apply.
