Does anyone know where to source them in 1-5 liter cans? I had few liters supplied with my new injector testing and cleaning station but it'll finish soon. Google was of little help.

This is the only real way to clean them, ultrasonic's...

About 20 years back I had my V6 Volvo injectors cleaned, l watched the process from beginning to end at the shop, the before and after spay pattern was quite amazing..?

An extra filter helps the injector life, but only helps if you cant get top diesel.

Especially with a petrol car. ?

Be careful saying "the only way", ultrasonic bath may destroy some injectors ? I use both methods depending on the model.

Another useless additive ?

In my humble opinion tank additives are near useless unless they are used 24/7. The main prob with injectors is varnish build up which is incredibly hard to remove, which is why the ultrasound system was developed. It seems modern day fuels now have additives to help stop varnish build up so in theory the injection system should have less problems. My own ultrasound cleaning was done on petrol injectors at 100,000+ miles, but perhaps diesel varnish build up is totally different..

My Merc diesel car did have an injector failure at about 70,000 miles, I assume they were Bosch..
