My Neighbours ( Thai ) plant a tree next to my wall 80 cm so the tree will grow over the wall above my

territory.

What can i do about it

Can I cut everything grows over the wall?

 

 

Oh no!!!!  What an terrible worry for you that one day in years to come a tree may have a branch over you wall.  How can you sleep?

 

When and if it happens the tree might look nice, give shade and privacy, attract birds and be liven the place up.  If you don't like it you can cut the branches that go over your wall into your property... but you can not cut the tree or anything on their side.

 

If it was me, I would get out and enjoy life, rather than worrying about something so trivial that has not even happened, and may not happen?

Yes but I don't cut them Thai style. ?

 

 

I cut them aesthetically because I have to look at them.
