Walk up Soi Nana to Sukumvit Road and turn left in the direction of the JW Marriott Hotel.  There are two pharmacies in the small block of shops about 50 metres from the intersection, one big and one small.  I have always bought pharmaceuticals from the bigger of the two pharmacies and never had a problem.  Admittedly I've never purchased the type of drugs you require but many, many expats buy their pharmaceuticals from that store and I have never heard a complaint so I suspect they will have what you need.

Just for formal reasons: you would need a prescription for Sidegra and similar (Sildenafil).

But TiT. You will find a pharmacy that sells without.

 

You should also consider to try the other main substance (Tadalafil), brand name Cialis.

Generics available like Apcalis. Known for less side effects.

You might also consider to visit one of the many private clinics before first time use to do a basic health check and get stuff sold there.

What brand to you hear is the best ? ...

If the OP regularly takes certain heart or any other meds, he should do a little online research and find out if any of those meds conflict with Viagra or other ED drugs.  

Genuine Viagra is often sold in 50 and 100 mg sizes.  maybe try 1 pack of 50mg, or break a 100mg in half and try that first.

Keep in mind, a large, fatty meal beforehand or more than a few alcoholic drinks will greatly diminish the effect of Viagra and it's clones.

 

Both of the pharmacy's recommended above are trustworthy.  Sidegra should cost no more than B400/4 tablets.   If you go to Boots, you will pay upwards of B2000 for Cialis or Viagra.

By law, requires a prescription. Which is not at all hard to get (no pun intended)

The interactions with both other medications and foods are overstated. It's fairly innocuous stuff which is why the UK government now allows it to be sold without prescription. Always buy generic.

I have noticed many pharmacies including the one on Sukhumvit 15 charge 300 baht for 4 x 100mg generic Viagra. But yesterday I found several  pharmacies in Sala Daeng selling the same thing for 180. Is that as good as it gets ?

If they are good then it's a bargain.
