One Plus 5 Mobile

This follows on from previous thread about Internet banking. I cannot use the kasikorn mobile app because it demands I connect for first use using 4G.

 

My One Plus 5 phone simply will not work using 4G.i have taken it to DTAC, repair shops, asked everyone I know, but to no avail.

 

Can anyone offer any helpful advice & suggestions please. Many thanks.

I have this phone.

 

go settings, sim & network, and choose preferred network type. Check also you have mobile data on in same page.

How old is your sim card? If it's a few years old it might not support 4G, you can exchange it for free at any DTAC shop.

Thank you for your help. I have tried these solutions - and neither was successful. I have will keep trying.

Hey,

You need to remove your sim, and factory reset your phone.

And then use the new sim and it will work.

I know crazy, but have been there and done that.

Maybe you need to check the Dtac mobile network network gateway (APN) and make sure its correct gateway name should be just Dtac or www.dtac.co.th
