LINE Camera app for photo collages

A person I know, on her LINE Timeline, is posting collages of multiple photos such that when you click one of the photos, that photo takes up the whole screen, not all the photos in the collage. Due to limited English she is unable to explain how she does this. I assume it is another app, but could be a paid version of LINE. Does any member know how to do this?

Just go to your timeline in the app and click the new note and select multiple photos. They will all get added in collage like format and then you click one to open it.
