Dermatology

Featured Replies

Anyone have any comments and or recommendations for the Ram Dermatology Clinic? Just for some basic removal of several Seborrheic keratosis .

The other lady doctor, Dr Chatbongkoch is also very good.
I have been a patient of Doctor Varchiraporn for three years and highly recommend her. She speaks perfect English as she spent three years at Boston University Medical getting her Degree in Dermatology. I have had three melanomas that she has treated and I see her every three months for a full body examination. Fee wise who cares as my health is more important than a few extra brews and compared to what I would pay in the U.S. It's a bargain .

What days is Dr. Varchiraporn at Ram?

Have you tried Dr Chatbongkoch?

I've been looked after by Dr Varichaporn and then when she went to the US Dr Chatabongkotch who I am still with, thats over the last 12 years.  Being a chronic sufferer of skin cancer I'm now at RAM every 10 weeks.Last week with full body check I had over 25 early cancers ,keratosis removed that brings me up to over 1,000 over 35 years

Having had 2 melanomas discovered in early stages many years ago  its something you dont mess with.

2,000 people die of skin cancer related illnesses every year in Australia ,my home country,I've lost 2 friends with it ,all damage done in our youth, surfing ,sport etc.

Days and times for the 2 lady Doctors are on the RAM web site or you can ring 053 224 880 for appointment

I've been using Dr. Chatbongkock Khemachee at RAM for over 6 years and have been very happy with her work on my various skin cancers.  I go about 4 times a year to see her.  https://www.health-tourism.com/staffperson.aspx?b=379&sp=12462

Should be mentioned that the RAM Dermatology Centre is at the new building a few 100 metres south of the original RAM Hospital.

Hi Bob,

I am trying unsuccessfully to PM you about this but your name comes up with an x and is not accepted in the addressee box?? Not sure if a computer bug or you have blocked pm. but if you are willing, could you please pm me to start the chain off. I will be brief but would welcome your advice please!!,

Today, I went to one of the Doctor's mentioned here in this thread.

I had a Basil cell removed from my leg that was identified in the US a few months back.

Very impressed with the Ram hospital facility and staff at the Skin Center behind Starbuck's.

I know some people complain about the costs here but it was a bargain for me.

I had a similar procedure done in the US last year and it was 30,000 b.

This procedure today which included 15 stitches cost about 5,000 b.

Very efficient and professional staff I liked it impressive.

Thanks TVF and those who posted.
