Could we please have some feedback on the new Immigration Airport Office

 

For example, Q-time, Q lines, processing time etc, where to go

 

Also, I hear NO LIFT, how do wheelchairs / old people carry out their business if they cannot get up the stairs, or is all Immigration business carried out on the ground floor
