Travel agent in Chiang Rai

Featured Replies

Looking for a Chiang Rai travel agent that I can contact by phone.

Any recommendations?

When I moved north I continued using my Bangkok travel agent for many years.   I would expand my search beyond the boundaries of Chiangrai. Physical proximity is not really necessary these days.  My friend has retired so I can’t be of any more assistance.

Canuck, there's plenty of basic travel agents around town but they only seem to be able to book flight tickets. I haven't used any so can't make any recommendation. I saw one in the lower level of Central that seemed to offer phone or online access.

But if I may piggyback on your post, I've also been looking for a Thai tour company. That is, a company that books group tours from Thailand to say Japan or books ship cruises starting in BKK. When I google around all I find is tours of Thailand rather than tours from Thailand to elsewhere. I like the convenience of group tours to avoid the hassle of booking transport and hotels in multiple cities - although I know many people don't care for this kind of travel.

My wife sent her family ,5 people, on a trip to Japan. because they needed Thai speaking escorts. They used  Tourkrub.com.

They were quite satisfied with no problems. Do not know if they have English guides.
