I need to change my address when I do my 90 day report (actually I should have done it last time but I forgot)

Is it a straightforward process?

I’m assuming I will need a copy of my lease/rental agreement, the house owner’s house book and ID card.

Anything else?

It depends upon the immigration office that you report to.

They may want a completed TM28 change of address form and/or TM30 form completed by the owner.

Are these downloadable?

If you do your 90 day reporting by mail, you can include the TM28 with the 90-day report.  I did this and it was accepted without a problem (Chaengwattana).
