Hi all,

We are planning a trip to phetchabun for 2 nights .

I do not want to stay actually in a tent as i have my parents coming as well but where would the best place be nearest the mountain as i want to do a 6am drive from a hotel to the top .

My son is wanting to see the sea of clouds so hoping this will be the best idea.

Any must see places and tips around the area for the stay would be great thanks .

best of luck, we were up there camping in August, couldn't see anything but clouds,

coming from Nan on rte 2331 its a 500 baht admission charge to Phu Hin Rong Kla National Park

Route 12 from Phitsanoluk over the Mountains is a great ride, New road most of the way now and drop in here.......Khao Kor is a nice area, Pit-stop in Pinot Latte resort off route 12 for spectacular views and great snacks/coffee
