Lanna Golf Course.

Can someone tell me which Road this is on. Is it the Road to Mae Rim & if so which colour Songtaew would I get from Warrat Market?

Any info' greatly appreciated.

Lanna Golf Club (33rd Military Circle) is on the Mae Rim road. I think a white songthaew gets you there but any songthaew driver at by the river at Warorot Market will help you. The white songthaews are usually parked opposite the  post office.

My experience taking the 'bus' to Lanna: go to Chotana hiway, (hiway 107) leading away from the Chang Phueak Gate, get to the Mercure Hotel and wait along the road side for the white or yellow bus. 15 baht to the golf course and beyond.

I don't think these buses go to Warowot Mkt as most turn around near the Mercure hotel.

Thanks Joe I will check it out....

These yellow and white songthaews are often overcrowded. Take a Grab taxi and save yourself some aggravation.

getting there is not so difficult but the 'song thaews' stop running about 6pm.

Think of the face you'll lose turning up to the golf club in a 30b shared songtaew. Make sure to get off early so no one sees you.

Who cares....I am not going there to play golf either.

Whoa!  Not going to Lanna to play golf?  What, get a massage, haircut, swim, gym work, driving range?  All of which can be found much closer to the city.
