Policeman's beloved pet dog found cut up and eaten "for power"

Sanook reported that Pol Capt Samruam Morkkrathok had gone to colleagues at Choke Chai police station in Korat to report that his pet dog "Jao Dam" (Blacky) had been missing for two days. 

 

A local called to say that the dog had been found in Ban Don Plai three kilometers from the cop's house.

 

But it was not good news. 

 

The beloved 10 year old pet, raised by the cop and his wife and daughter, had had it's head cut off and its insides were in a plastic bag dumped by the side of the road. 

 

 

Blacky had been cut up for food - and the police suspect that the reason is some people think they can get special power from eating the meat of black dogs. 

 

Youths in the area and workers at a factory nearby are set to be questioned over the killing of the dog.

With so many Soi dogs around these idiots take someone's pet. A special place in hell I say.

The Cop obviosly upset somebody.

Only the owner deserves this treatment...

 

Another beloved pet. One that most likely roamed the open roads. Left to fend for itself most of the time. AKA, a soi dog. Sad case. 

Not nice even for a soi dog.  What drives some <deleted> to do this defies belief.  I don't like soi dogs, btw.

Yep. Nail on the head sadly. I've seen recently though that more of these bloody soi dogs have collars, of course if they nip you the sotam seller, little minishop owner, or family sleeping in the motorbike stand will deny ownership.  

There are millions of people who daily eat a magical cracker that turns into human flesh and thereby gets them a ticket into heaven, but history shows the leader of this group volunteered for the job. Eating a dog for its magical powers is beyond stupid.
