PHUKET, 24th November 2018, (NNT) - The private sector has expressed its confidence in the capability of the southern province of Phuket and the Andaman Sea in drawing Thai and foreign visitors.

Narongrit Natekiattiwong , managing director of Wave and Cave Company, said Phuket is a world-renowned destination each year attracting millions of Thai and foreign tourists given what it has to offer including natural attractions like Pa Tong Beach, Kata Beach, Promthep Cape, Racha Island, among several others.

Seeing a potential growth in the tourism industry, several tour companies are offering packages and promotions for both Thai and foreign visitors.

As for his company, Narongrit said tour campaigns are designed for high-end consumers who wish to indulge themselves in a luxurious lifestyle while at the same time preserving the precious environment.

I wonder what country that man has most of his investments in?

"Shall I invest in the Seychelles or the Maldives? No, for some inexplicable reason, I, Narongrit Natekiattiwong, will invest my money in Phuket's tourist industry."

It's nice to hear from somebody unbiased like our friend Narongrit.

An Isaan girl once called me a "handsome man", so I have to agree that opinions from Isaan are generally unbiased and true.

Really? The MD of a Thai tourism company states this "fact" and it's enough to make the news? That implies to me that the Thai Government, for this press release comes from their very own mouthpiece, are clutching at straws!

Advertorial thingy methinks - this is not a balanced, unbiased article right?

They forgot to mention the number of plastic waste enthusiasts among tourists is constantly growing.

There are a lot of "natural attractions" in Patong, but the beach is not one of them.  ????

I had Issan ladies tell me that too.  Several times in fact.

Back in 1972 & 1973.

Not lately though.
