In the "General" sub-forum, there's a discussion about staying healthy in Thailand. One poster mentioned the need to replenish salts and minerals sweated out in the heat. She recommended a product called "Sea Lyte" , and another poster added a picture (which I don't know how to copy here ). Apparently you can get a box of 50 sachets for 200 baht from pharmacies.

Have tried a few pharmacies in CM but no luck so far. Any suggestions for where to find this or a similar product ?

It seems not ... perhaps all the TV readers cleaned out the stocks.

If anyone could tell me a particular pharmacy where they have seen them, it would be great.
