Tuareg people are originally a nomadic people covering a vast area of the Sahara. Interesting history. Tuareg bands offer something a bit different musically and I do love their guitar style. I came across Bombino years ago and this guy shows excellent guitar skills. He gets into a beautiful jam on this number. 1
Tippaporn Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 Tinariwen is another Tuareg band. Formed in '79 the band dynamically changes over time as new musicians replace others. 1

Tippaporn Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 Another good Tuareg band, Terakaft. Live from 2011. 2
Tippaporn Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 Stunning landscapes to enjoy with the music.
Tippaporn Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 More 'different' . . . classical guitar from the Russian Estas Tonne busking in Germany in 2011. If you're a guitar lover it's hard to not appreciate this. 2
Tippaporn Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 Makes you wonder how many no name phenomenal guitarists are out there. Busking at Oxford Circus, London 2016. 1
