I thought Foden had a great game at the weekend, play him every week from now until the end of the season and then we can re-build the team around him from next season.

And a MOM performance in Zagreb. He's been excellent over the past month and always makes things happen. In games he doesn't start (he'll start tonight vs Oxford but maybe not vs Leicester on Saturday) get him on earlier. At the moment I'd be starting him ahead of Bernardo / Mahrez if out wide or sharing his game time as a no.8 with Merlin.

This surprised me: i didn't realise Foden is so quick

To the newbie (not Singasong) who sent me this private message "You <deleted> fake Muppet. 2nd.", feel free to post in a footie thread mate, all are welcome.

I reckon he's from UEFA.

1v3 but was never easy. Oxford showing Arsenal how to do it and fully deserved their lap of honour. Great to see our youth CBs partnered again. Angelino on the wing.

He is quicker than he looks, a friend's son use to watch him in the u15s and said even then he was like a whippet on steroids.

Looking forward to the semi. MCR derby is usually a very good game these days.

If De Bruyne continues to play on the left Wan Bissaka might have a new problem to deal with. Hopefully Shaw can deal with Sterling on the other side.

How come you don't post on the ManU thread?

When did KDB play on the left? Don't recall he ever did - he might end up there occasionally but he's always right side, vs Arsenal he was given a free role.

And Sterling rarely plays rightside since Sane was injured but again he is occasionally swapped over (he did play vs Arsenal rightside be he and Foden swapped over and we improved then). Our rightside player is usually Bernardo or Mahrez.

???? ???? .... what’s he gonna do, eat him?

???? Shaw is one of those players who we can call 'fat and fast'. There's actually been quite a few of them over the years... fat Ronaldo, Rooney and Gazza (for some periods of their career) etc

AWB dealt with Sterling brilliantly in the last derby, so I'm hoping he will be on that side.

If I had weird teeth like that I certainly wouldn't be smiling so much.

Can't see us replacing Arts immediately, probably replace him at the same time we have a clear out at the end of the season.Fancy a 2-0 win at the weekend.

That smile would give the Joker a run for his money! ????

Was home for the run-in last season, and when the Leicester 'Vinny don't shoot' home game was rearranged from a Saturday to a Monday night, some tickets were returned and the 4 of us were very fortunate to get 2 pairs of tickets in the Colin Bell and opposite stand for the really tense game. Leicester were excellent that night and matched us - we were fortunate that their best chance to equalise fell to Iheanacho who kindly put it wide (proving once a blue always a blue). Worryingly they have improved this season so this could go either way.

Interesting to see in the BBC Moment of the Decade vote this week that Leicester premier win won it from the Agueroooo moment; fair enough as them winning the PL was amazing.

But I'll bet you're curious what i typed about ManUre before i decided to deleted it.

Cracking game; cracking performance.

Good to see that some key players are getting back to their best.

KdB finally has got his mojo back and is KdB back at his best.

Mahrez showed why we bought him a devalued Chilwell's reputation - why can't Mahrez be this good regularly.

Bernardo had his best game for ages.

Gundogan is a consistent 7/10 and even Maddison trying  to man-mark him out the game didn't stop him.

Walker is playing well, Mendy had a decent game.

But what's happened to Raheem - i know he's scoring tap ins regularly but he's not with it of late.

We made Leicester look midtable...Liverpool have nothing to fear.

Looks like it is curtains for this Pep team.

Wishful thinking.

Things haven't all been great for us this season (especially our defence), but performances in recent games and players coming back in to form shows we're still there or there abouts.

Replacing Silva and Aguero over the next 18 months will be a <deleted>, but with it sounding like Pep is up to sticking around I'm confident we'll continue to be one of the top 2 PL teams for a while yet looking down on fallen-on-hard-times ManU.

City fans are really <deleted> off that:

1. we don't have a Boxing Day fixture (don't we all love a Boxing day fixture to go to),

2. as it's been moved to 7.45pm on Friday (Wolves away) - yet another early morning game for me ????,

3. its on Amazon!
