Unfortunately, undertaking is the norm on Thailand's highways due to overladen pickups and inexperienced/ignorant drivers sitting in the fast/overtaking lane at 100kmh and refusing to allow the queue of traffic behind them pass.
Being honest, i am guilty of this in Thailand, but not in the UK as driving standards are much higher and if caught you will get pulled over and issued a fine.
Sorry if this has been covered before (life's too short to read long threads), but I've contacted Krungsri asking what happens if I lose my 'phone abroad, or it breaks. The short answer is "you're <deleted>". You can't install the app on a new 'phone without going into a Krungsri branch, and you can't install the app on a second device as a backup.
That's what happens when you treat seasoned employees as fungible commodities you can replace with cheaper noobs. And I'd sure be reluctant to hire onto a company that recently announced 10% layoffs.
Not to mention, when the experienced guys highlighting safety issues are retaliated against, fired or just die mysteriously...
