hallo, anybody using this exchange? they locked my withdraw amount  because I could not remember this stupid photo animation for confirm.

there is no instruction where they explain this process.  i can not remember to see something like that. can anyone explain me? thanks

now the support want some mad photos for confirm my identity. I am fed up this company.

I will use again my coins.th account in future, hassle free

I doubt very much your investments are doing as poorly this year as bitcoin...

 

Last 6-9 months has been tough though, I’m pretty much flat for the year...

I've been using them for years, never had a problem.

 

I've both withdrawn and deposited many hundreds of thousands of Baht at a time, never had an issue.

 

I did 'verify' myself with them with my passport for the KYC process. It's a good place to cash out Bitcoin when you think it's going to crash - like this time last year for example.

thanks, I have cleared everything now and I got new symbol for confirm the transactions.

I will not forget this time,

I have my bitcoins another wallet but I am thinking to transfer to bx.

I am confident bitcoin will not crash and in 2019  new highs will come

wait the next bull run, after the bear market the bulls will be back soon.

the stock markets are crashing already,  soon the floodgates are open for btc
