Is it possible as a foreigner to be part of the 3 founders/promotors of a limited company without transfering the 2 million bath that are required to get the visa b?

Basically some thai friends started funding their business with debt and the undelying assets belong to 2 people and they dont want any other thai person with decision power. 

As a foreigner i could never get majority and make any descions.

 

Can i just make a tourist visa, go to the meeting and join the company or would that require some other visa?
