January 16, 20197 yr We're happy with our 3BB package that we've had for years (upgraded along the way as new deals came out etc.) We'll be leaving the house and to another side of the country. If anybody has done it, can we simply give them the new address, take up our modem etc, and they'll come and connect it up (house is in a nice, big private village in a big city, so should be fiber optic ready), or is it a case of cancelling and resigning and starting again etc? TIA.
January 16, 20197 yr Would it not be easier to ask them rather than us? There is a lot of experience on this board but office to office within a company often claim different rules apply.
January 17, 20197 yr No idea about 3BB but many providers have a web site that you can enter the address to see if they cover that area..
