I arrived Oct 24 2018 so should have reported for my 90 days 2 0r 3 days ago. Thus I will be signing in two days late.  Anyone any idea of repercussions?

When arriving on the 24th of October in 2018 today is 90 days. Since there is a reporting window (in person) which stretches till 7 days after the original date you still have a few days to report.

The 21st January was day 90. Today is day 91.

How soon before can one report.  Due next week which might be problematic.

You can do the report up to 15 days before the report date or 7 days after including the report date in the count.
