Dying Clothes

Featured Replies

Anyone know where I can get a dress dyed in Pattaya  .  It was white but has yellowed in some places so I want it dyed black ( 100% cotton )

There is a guy that goes round on a bike dying clothes black, listen for the rat tat tat noise, he has a pot with a burner all mounted on his bike, the locals swear by him.

I had this done to a pair of jeans once. Waste of time. The black dye took forever to wash out and in the end I gave up wearing them to avoid black dye marks on my skin.

I have a pair of jean type shorts which were origionally white and were dyed black - some 3/4 years ago. I do not remember having such a problem with dye.

Shop was on SSCC road. Going east was past the Railway road on the right hand side from memory only a few hundred metres at most - but was a long time ago. Ex gf found it on one of the Thai forums.

I tried in vain to buy some black dye a couple of years ago. I tried Friendship, Big C and Tops. Always the same answer.....No hab.

I wound up getting a pal to bring some out from the UK for me. I wanted to dye some faded T shirts.

It would have worked out cheaper If I had gone to my local Primart in London and bought new ones.
