The only difference is that Elon has his own private ROCKET FORCE. I am not saying that the generated electric power will be sent back to Earth vis microwave transmission. I think that Elon plans to generate about 100 Trillion Watts per year, or per day, to power future iterations of Grok. Don't forget that this is why Elon is not headed to the Moon, first. Originally, Musk scoffed at going to the Moon. Now, he has rethought his strategy so that he can use the Moon for manufacturing solar generators, which he will shoot into space using some sort of... Direct Drive Rail Gun, or something. Things are looking very promising.
