Having a u turn anywhere is asking for an accident they are the most dangerous things on the road anywhere it is time they were all removed and traffic made to use the side roads to turn round or build proper junctions rather than pulling out at 20km into fast moving traffic  typical thai madness by the road planners

You dont need to know how to drive to get a licence here watch a video (or sleep /play on your phone through it ) and 2000 b will get you one at most places......then go to the local truck sales and for 500b deposit you are on the road in a nice big trick..... till you kill yourself or someone else
