Phuket officials are searching for a ‘loris tout’ who was offering photographs with a slow loris at a Kata beach. (Some video of a slow loris below)

‘Angelina Bratukhina’ posted a video with a message read “Where are the police??!! It’s right now at Kata Noi beach.”

The man was offering photos with the slow loris for 200 -300 baht each time (a sign of local inflation, it used to be 100 baht).

The handler obviously a lot quicker than the Loris,

made his getaway.and ambled off.

More likely: Slow police on the crawl for a quick disappearing loris tout.

But elephants are allowed.

The amount of times I have contacted the wildlife centre in Phuket when nothing appears to happened is uncountable.

Nothing ever happens and I doubt that it ever will.

so bloomin' sad.

Wrong - Animal touts are now rarely seen, at one time they were commonplace.

Thats not a slow loris in his arms, its a small policeman.

I can understand your confusion - both move at the same speed.
