I need some recommendations for games for kids 5-6 yrs old, i know ZERO about gaming. My last console was a Sega Meagadrive!!! I had an xbox that never got unboxed

Mario games are always a safe bet. Pikmin is also fun.

 

Just make sure whether you have a "Wii" or a "Wii U", since you can't play Wii U games on a regular Wii.

thanks - now the challenge is to find them as this is an old console & even 2nd hand seems quite difficult

 

Where's a good place to buy the Wii these days? I thought they stopped making games for it.

They are available on shoppee, I got a very cheap 2nd hand one for my son.
