I need some new tyres for my truck.

New Maxxis' will amount to about 12k, Yokohama 15k, Bridgestone, Michelin etc. 19k.

What would you do?

I put Maxxiss on my Vigo after the originals did 96k kms. Up to 185k kms on them now and still good as gold.

PS. I don't do wheelies, drag racing or off-road trips.  LOL

What sort of mileage did you get out the set you’ve just replaced? Same tires?

Thanks

Car is now just over 4 years old, Kms 65,000 and the original Tyres Bridgestone Dueler were still above the wear limit indicator, I just decided it was time to change them as have a few long distance journeys coming up . .
OEM Tyres (Bridgestone) were 11,500 Baht each . . . . . Had these fitted and balance and also full car tracking for 15,000 Baht
Did some research on these tyres and think they are very new to the Thai market, and have good reviews on a UK website i looked at, thought i would give them a try, decent tread pattern and riding as nicely as the bridgestone in my opinion right now

Ended up buying 4x Otani for 15k. The tyre place I prefer recommended those over the a bit cheaper Maxxis, plus he could replace the battery as well. E

Ended up he did not have the right battery on stock, so had to get that replaced elsewhere, and for the same price I could also have had 4x Yokohama's at a different place. So all in all decided that next time I won't go back to that place.

The ride though is really nice at the moment with new tyres.
