Here were are..... 3 Kilkennys later....i got a gut issue men....live long enough you might be going through this too.....im not giving up booze just yet....the bottle of JW Black sits in the cupboard and dont forget your kids are your conscience  too like there frigging black and white.....so i turned to Irish beer like it tastes like dish water but it still has a kick....must say i use to collect pint glasses for fun from all the Irish pubs in Melbourne once...got a nice collection if you need to know....my 3 Newcastle Brown Ale glasses have the best story...... 

 

My long time flip who looks good in a bikini thinks im drinking beer and coffee same time when i sent her a pic of my Kilkenny in a pint glass....well i have to say the way it pours is like nothing else....she is well seems simple....though from time to time she kinda surprises me....well she is getting older....the Tigers go down......Bennie Brown is dropped to emergency.....oh....i was watching her cook once.....i cant eat it....dont know how she stays slim....

 

Ordered my Positive Lingers Tshirt last night...30 bucks plus 10 for postage and it all goes to the MND fund by the way....well......its the Ed Langdon job....seems he is the guy they find the strangest at the Demons....Ed you see grew up in Toorak the Malibu of Melbourne minus the beach, private school boy and all...now im going only by what Angus Brayshaw was saying but hes been banging on about if for weeks in his and Gawns podcast and it seems they were the first cab off the rank....so thats a first where other clubs are following.....so just google you club in youtube and bingo.,...the T-shirt has arrived so i thought id get me one while were 9-0 before we get disgraced and all....

 

Bought 2 Brooklyn Funk Essentials Lps on line tonight men...playing in the background nice and loud.....R&B soul n funk....added some latin to boot.,..you wanna check them out...been around 30 ys now new line up still similar...they take it to the edge....have everything they have done now.....a personal fav of mine....Well Ed u see wont appear on there prod-cast and has something of a cult following.....Angus claims Ed who once lived in posh surroundings now lives in a shared house in Fitzroy....well Fitzroy is not what it once was but is still considered alternative....most have moved to Northcote now....with the lesbians....well it was known for the leso's once.....Ed you see is  bit of a greenie....cast of the shackles of being privileged on big bucks who knows where its going now....anyway there hoping to get him on the show one day time will tell....seems Ed only has one friend at a time last week it was Steven May......make it what you will....i think there creating an image so time will tell....have to say Max is good at leading things on...i had my doubts about him being capitano once, he has matured like maybe the whole team....

 

Dark Blue with postivelingers edged on the front in white is the Tshirt so if you dont watch the podcast you wont have any idea what its about.....

Was a funtastic day in Melbourne yesterday 19.5 and i could have worn shorts it was so pleasant....wished i had when i went down to Port Melbourne for a walk about....the Lambos and Ferris no longer in Carlton's Lygon st men......and i was at a table once parked next to Fat Tony's Feris i assume....there now cruising around Port Melbourne.....The upmarket Salvos store blinded me.... In Bay st......i though it was a normal clothes shop had to look twice...even Vinnies looked more like a Bunnings store than a dump for second hand goods.....mind you no change from a Million $ apartment around there men....though in my ramblings i did come across some government housing....easy to spot....security doors all the same style .....squished in-between  these `Audi Mercs and nice condos.....

 

Were not talking about the holding that ball free prior to Tex taking that mark....that never was.....(Tex kicked the goal that put them in front) nor are we looking at the deliberate out of bounds handball in the closing moments of the game either....no im not.....luck favours the brave and they were braver than us....I heard Apple are working on Glasses so im expecting the Umps to be wearing them in all games once there out....Goodwin was bemused when asked about it, but to be honest we had a few passengers there on saturday.....Salem was a big out, never mind....

 

The Scrays next week on a friday night followed by the next friday evening in your city but its at the G against the Lions....i can see us slipping to 4th in next to no time.....On that Gus and Gawn show they mentioned 2 nights in Adelaide and there face's lit up.....so i didnt take that too well as i been to Adelide twice and you can believe me theres nothing there of much interest....look they even didnt finnish the footy ground extensions......so i suspected we were in trouble and yep most of them look like they just got out of a Turkish bath with a pretty Thai massuer who had drained most of there energy. 

 

It did put me off watching any more games for the rest of the weekend....had considered throwing myself off Station Pier hence the sunday outing, no luck there they have now locked the public out, once we could walk along and check out the odd destroyer or cruise ship and of course the Tassie ferrys....but no more.....

 

Well Newcastle United stay up, turned it around in the last half a dozen games though Bruce is still despised, Atletico Madrid win there league courtesy of recruiting unwanted Louis from Barcelona who look like loosing Messi and of course Spurs win giving Chelsea a champions league spot pushing Leicester out of the top 4 into the Europa league the big news in British football is where WILL Harry play next year....and Garth Bale.....what of him? on loan to Spurs not wanted at Real and a year to go and no he wont take a pay cut....

 

Melbourne Victory are dreadful 1 point from rock bottom bottom team Jets have a game in hand....to play Western United and Champions Melb City in the last 2 games could cement there first wooden spoon....I been watching the odd game and switch off...there are the worst ive ever seen of anyone....to think they brought in 4 players playing in the English Championship....look 3 of them are totally worthless.....wouldnt even get a game in the English amateurs there so bad...

 

I WILL try and tune back into Through Her Eyes something like that tonight....so depressed i been this weekend....im sure the wife isnt far away from murdering someone.....well if she gets wind her new girl friend who happens to be her husbands and she knows it receptionist are ummmm intimate she could kill.....like if you seen the painting the wife painted on there bedroom wall you would know what i mean.....Hubby didnt take it to well either....like he has to sleep in that room....oh and the wife isnt taking her pills......they go down the basin every day.....so you know where heading for a climatic ending.....

You have sharp eyes sir....i will have to watch a few reruns on that...BUT every man and his dogs as well as the illustrious commentators ALL said UNANIMOUSLY in the affirmative that that Crow handball it out.....BUT nots let forget moments before TEX took that mark that put them in front, again UNANIMOUSLY all the on9 commentators SAID "thats holding the ball every day of the week" well in Victoria it is....and since i went to school it is holding the ball...........since we made up the game too begin with we might know better hey?

Has happened 3 times this year that the AFL have come out and admitted umpiring

errors that could've change the result of the game.

 

First was Geelong against Brisbane in Geelong when the holding the ball wasn't paid in the last few seconds.

Second was in Sydney where a mark to Jeremy Cameron wasn't paid at the end and this one against Melbourne.

 

All of the decisions favoured the home teams against interstate teams.

 

Not surprising really.

The umps just shat their pants and were too frightened to blow the whistle.

Yes well i don't buy into this conspiracy theory im just disappointed that in my living memory we got robbed when we could have been 10-0..... ive never known it so it hurts just a little...but as Big Max said when asked about it we shouldn't have been in that situation to begin with......and apart from all of that i thought we had been out played, still actually been in front and winning and holding on even when you look like poo is what good teams tend to do hey.....so were not a good team yet...

I'm looking forward to the mid season draft,looks like we are going for a tall to help up forward.

Explains their method in madness to play with no forward targets so far and not draft McDonald last year.

I don't buy the forward line being built around Larkey,a key target needs to able to kick the ball more than 35 metres.

Can't wait for them to unleash young Eddie Ford,bit light in the frame yet but spitting image of a young Stephen Kernahan and we all know how he turned out.

We have Magic Door we could send back to you....hes not going to get a game unless Ben Brown, Weidemen Big Tom the other Brown and lets not forget Jet Jackson getting injured...I still ask myself why we took him you know....and that other Brown.....like why?

 

Pies had looked Big Tom up....think there a bit peed off now when they could have got him for a very low draft pick somewhere around 300 with Goodwin quite happy to pick up 2 to 300,000 of his salary as well....could have got him for around 3 to 400,000 a season for the next 2 to 3 ys sir....eat your heart out....

Dogs Vs the Demons at Marvel.....or i should say Superman dome.....well i just finished watching "Behind Her Eyes" last night its left me a little traumatised like the twist in the last episode if i had any inkling it was going to turn out that way i would have avoided it, a show purely for horror and zombie lovers.....well dont take much to scare me and i never watch zombie shows as i cant function for hours after, starts out like a normal mini series then slowly the pressures develops leading you to think the wife is mad then it begins to get a little weird just after half time then that last quarter its OMG.....which is how this game WILL pan out....Dogs can be beaten yes sir....Demons loss last week if there any good should drive them, who to go for? well i know right now the reasons and some not so obvious since tipping is a mind game i wont divulge to much as i will need it for the future.....dart board game no home ground advantage as were been doing more than just fine at Marvel, its a cold wet day in Melbourne today roof WILL be closed and no crowd....a clue the winners jumper is mainly blue.....

Saints...pathetic Saints vs North.....Its an up year for the Demons so that makes it a down year for the Saints....but this is the ha ha ha game of the round....

 

Eagles up against a spirited Bombers......think there been told to stay there just in case....living in the way out west wont go down to well you know....1000 miles of dessert between Perth and civilisation.....how WILL they cope? All they do in the west is dig big holes in the ground and sell the dirt to the Chinese, not to silly.....and Alan Bond.....we dont talk about him anymore do we? I dont know, the idea of having to stay in Perth for a week or two might be to depressing for the Bombers to turn up in both mind and body saturday.....

 

Tigers vs the Crows......ahhhh stole the game last week.....the evil eye WILL be watching.......Love second and 3rd series is back on Netflix...i got to watching it as the main man actor is a mini Woody Alen....so you know...neurotic dud with along nose falls in love with a screwball party drug taking sex addictive LA female.....who can look pretty good sometimes while other times looks like she just crawled out of a dumpster bin, just like real life.....well like most women she doesn't know if shes coming or going nothing unusual there....Woody is fairly constant Tigers....and the Female Crows isnt......so you know how the story goes.....

 

Swans up against Teague and his inside 50's count Blues in Sydney....Mr Nice Karma Will once again find the positives clutched from defeat ,future Oscar winner straight faced when put through the ringer, totally different to Simon Goodwin who sits in the after game press conference with what hasn't changed in years like a bemused sinister half smile, both these guys would make good poker players.....

 

Port vs Freo......im sure your all seen 50 Shades of Grey, well it turned out many women got very excited over that movie....like Freo sunday.....I had to watch it when all the women i knew were making comments over it......when i worked it out it was the soap opera, cant have me distant man control and love mix...that these women were attracted to...not the BDSM.....though most thought they were .....women even complex are actually very simple, work on there emotions and you have them in your pocket.........anyway when i pointed out what BDSM was and how screwed up Mr Grey is at lest to my face many changed there tune...... so Freo can expect a good whipping come sunday.....

No Faith is correct....and the brothers here thought like i sir.....Lets see if they can take care of Brisbane in the NT......if they do i WILL invest in a new Demon bennie as the current one is pushing more than 20 ys old....

I tell you what...not getting ahead of myself as we all know that teams drop off by the time the finals turn up....so just chugging long Cats and Eagles are the Teams to watch though i think the Tigers are gone.....

 

Watched the Fox crew try to say where the improvement is in the Demons, they might be half true, the main improvement is the second effort......none mentioned that, and last nights game cemented that.....it was there second effort that unsettled the Dogs, so many times the same player was able to tackle or frustrate a Doggie the second time....that had been missing last week and dropping off the previous 3 weeks too the Crows game, as anticipated the Crow loss would have either give them a rocket up the backside or destroyed the confidence and slowly slip down the ladder....

 

Anyway now i know what it feels like following teams that are always up....no stress sundays...
