What's going on? No one is throwing water anymore. Previous years I couldn't get out of the soi without being splashed all over.

I live in Bangkapi and today I didn't see a single soul. Only on my way back on while I was driving a bicycle I was ambushed by a couple 7 year old kids and the little girl was so careful not to splash me that she only poured a bucket of water on my bike's wheels.

What a weird day.

Police enforces.

Nearby at the junction, the cops collect and give around noon on odd day

Now they are standing all day, no one without helmet should pass

Was it before, no one carry helmets.. Now, no one without helmet are seen.

Except for the youth, gearing and janking, taking U turns all the way around.

No helmets, and mufflers no existing, tires no bigger than a penny

balancing their lives on a dime, U turn after U turn it is.

The police, still standing at the junction. Collecting and giving.
