Diabetes

Featured Replies

Coming back to Chiang Rai in April for a few weeks. Anyone with diabetes in the area; just after some advice from members living in the area and where they are getting their food from.

Lived there last year for a while, found I was going to Chiang Mai to stock up a lot of foods.

Also some of the resturants that you might use. I used to go to the bigger hotel' resturants for smorgas board foods. Just hard to know how much sugar is in use in the cooking?

My sugar levels have not been well controlled of late. Had to increase medication to bring this down; also need to do more exercise.

Just thought I would put this one out there to see what other people are doing. :o
