Any advice on where a good clinic / hospital to help with this. We have before tried laser treatment but to no avail. A friend in Australia had success with Sclerotherapy . Anyone been thru this procedure ? Costs not really a factor but would like to talk to a doctor that has had success in this field. Bangkok, Pattaya areas would suit best.

If you in Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai specialist centre on left before main hospital. I had treatment there before excellent job. Also same time they can check skin cancers. Very reasonable price and great specialists 

I have heard from people who used Hirudoid cream successfully for the treatment of spider veins but I have no personal experience with its use for this purpose.
