What Operating System, what Browser are you using?  I suggest you use Firefox.  At work and Windows 7 IEexplorer often won't play some youtube posts that Firefox will.

Actually have a picture now but the right side is cropped a bit

Thats a rather old operating system, current is 10.14.4. have you tried updating. I had a great deal of trouble last year with my iMac and the end result was wait for Mojave and lo and behold no problems since.

I’m concerned at lack of SS storage. It’s 256gb is 90% full.
How many GB u think for the upgrade?

From my El Capitan it needs 12.5gb
Gotta start clearing a lotta stuff out.
Already dumped vivdeo etc gonna be a long job dumping documents.
What would a clever man do..?

Buy a 500 Gb WD passport external storage, my MacBook Air has only 256 storage so I transferred all. my iTunes videos to external . Cost of approx 800 baht from Tesco Lotus .

I sure could but fact is I need to clear the storage anyway.

PJPom I already try to keep video to a minimum, if I remember right most GB are in documents. Oh quite a lot in photos.
