Hi ..am moving to Hua Hin in December and am looking for a condo around 8000-9000 baht per month for Dec/Jan/Feb/March...would then like to keep it when I return to Australia each three months by paying three months in advance while I am away...anyone familiar with good real estate agents or sites where one can view the kind of properties that are available, must have a pool and furnished.

Mny thanks

My experience is for that price you'll might get a "studio" room, about 35 sq m.

in Condo Chain, Sports Villa and/ or The Hin Nam Sai Suay.

I know Condo Chain doesn't have a website......don't know about the other 2.

As far as agents......you won't find any "deals" through them.

You're looking at low prices here, I don't know if they even handle this type of unit.

Your best bet is to get here in November, and spend a few days exploring.

Good luck.
