Then you know that he was not drunk. You know that he was not on drugs. You know that he was not going the wrong way.  You know that there was no suggestion that he did not have a license to drive that thing. Why should he have paid off the police when he clearly committed no offence?

    If anyone actually checked the link they would see how ludicrous most posts on this thread are. The accident didn't occur on the road, but on a private driveway, so traffic charges wouldn't reall

Thanks to the person who posted the pictures it clearly shows the driver shouldn’t have been cited..........

 

All the assumptions .... 

 

Maybe the policeman was sympathetic seeing the jam the driver was. Nothing wrong with that. 

 

Its nice to get a break once and awhile
