Man found hanged in Karon house, Phuket

The body of a man has been found hanged inside a house in Karon this morning. Karon Police were notified of the incident at the house in Soi Patak 9.

 

Police and emergency responders arrived to find the body of a man who was later identified as 40 year old Sunchai Naphu from Phuket, found hanged inside the house.

 

Police believe that the man had died at least three days before the body was discovered. His body was taken to Vachira Phuket Hospital.

 

A neighbour told police that Mr Sunchai was a vendor selling duck noodles. This morning he noticed a bad smell from the house. Mr Sunchai has broken up with his wife two months ago.

 

Police are continuing their investigation.
