Trying to find contact number for Poo Yai Bann

I was hoping that someone here may be able to give me a hand. I am looking for the contact number for a Moo Ban In Sakhon.   Recently I heard an old friend of mine has become Poo Yai Ban I hear, but I havent had contact with him in many years.  I had been trying to think of how I might be able to get in contact with him, and then I heard that news. I am not sure exactly which moo bad, but I know that it is either Charoen Sin, or Khok Sila, or Ban Lao.  Can anyone tell me how I may be able to get in contact with those district offices to ask for his number? I do have his name, so I assuming once I get in contactwith the right office I will be provided a method of contacting him.

Go to the local Amphoe. They have contact numbers for all the Poo Yai Baan,
