We stopped by Sapori on the way back from Udon yesterday and sampled the lunchtime special option. 

Pizza, bolognaise, salmon salad for 295 baht. Washed down with a couple of glasses of red and change out of a 500 baht. 

Arguably the best value in UBON today.
