Hi everyone! i'm relocating from Kalasin to Petchabun city because of a teaching position at Rajaphat university. date of  relocation is on the 18th of july. i'm looking for a house with some land and a wall around it to keep my dogs inside and could park two cars. it does not have to be very expensive around 4000 bath would be good. thanks in advance hope to hear from you all.

You are going to be hard pushed (or extremely lucky) to get what you describe at that budget in this town.

Nearer to 6k might do it.
