But Jeremy Corbyn is probably the biggest liar of all politicians, but I don't hear any remainers dehumanizing or demonizing him like they are doing to Boris, lets get real eh.

One can only assume that deep down they know that Boris has more chance of removing us from this federal institution that is called the EU, and this scares them, so by calling him childish names and over exaggerated claims it might make themselves feel a little bit better.

Many manufactured attempts to unseat BJ will surface before 31 Oct.

I would say it has more to do with their respective positions in society.

And yes, Boris has more chance of removing you from the EU than Corbyn has. Does that scare people? Maybe some, in general though I would say no, it is simply a reality. Strange though, calling others out for childish namecalling and over exaggerated claims and in the same post calling the EU 'this federal institution'. Hope it made you feel a little bit better.

Oops touched another nerve. Are you saying your leader doesn't lie, he has told more lies than Tom Pepper.

Liked the description of him by a Pom on a US chat show when asked what BJ stood for/believed in, and he hesitated for a moment and said that the question was difficult to answer as Johnson "was a political windsock".

Marvellous response, nay a classic even!!

They've been at it for years now. Political opponents, Remainers, MSM and the rest have had it in for Boris at every opportunity. They also tried their best to publicly prevent his private Tory party selection as PM, but failed spectacularly. Of course they are now digging deeper to try and find enough dirt to oust him. Many parallel with Trump here, so maybe he's here to stay too.
Boris must present our best hope to delivery us from the EU and political elites. That he actually emanates from their own privileged backgrounds must grate with them so much. He's hardly a man of the people, but that's possibly why the masses like him? The more he pizzes off the politicos and MSM, I think he's great stuff.

boris and Kenneth Williams, so much alike

UK faces potential 'consumer panic' and 'security gaps' under no-deal Brexit, says government document

Britons living in EU countries could start returning home and there could be law and order challenges in Northern Ireland.

Britain faces potential "consumer panic" and gaps in security within weeks of leaving the EU without a deal, according to an official government document obtained by Sky News.

Britons living in EU countries could start returning home and there may be law and order challenges in Northern Ireland, while the pound will fall, a slide prepared for ministers reveals.

They must be rolling around laughing their heads off in Brussels...

They know how ever hard he tries the common sense of the majority of MP's ain't going to allow a no deal exit.

boris will just cruise to the exit default day and nothing MPs can do ..only he can call an extension and he wont do that ..that will ensure an even more messy kicking the can down the road and brexit rolls on for more years and UK ends up in the sh1t ..better to get done and dusted and move on

Well Turkey is even more unlikely to join when (or if) the UK (a supporter of Turkey's membership) leaves.

You seem to like shooting yourself in the foot just like the other no-deal halfwits.

Brexit boost: Javid boasts UK is now surging past France and Germany as EU economy sinks

THE new chancellor Sajid Javid has boasted that the British economy was now surging past “Germany, France and Italy” this year, as he savaged scaremongering around a no deal Brexit.

Yesterday, eurozone figures showed the leading European economies like Germany and France grinding to a halt, amid concern over a no deal Brexit.

During his visit to the ports, Mr Javid announced an immediate cash boost of £1.1bilion, with a further £1billion available if necessary, taking the total allocation of spending up to £6.3bn.

Speaking to reporters, the Tory MP praised the UK economy as "fundamentally strong”.

I was not suggesting Eire will remove the backstop.

My point is that Eire can block any deal that doesn’t address it’s concerns.

That gives them the power to ensure its needs are met.

So, no, I am not incorrect.

Eire is in the firing line and can obviously raise objections which would probably be supported by the EU. They cannot however decide what is acceptable, it is a lot deeper than that and obviously far too deep for the brexiteers, including the politicians.

Barnier said right from the start that you cannot have different regulatory regimes either side of an open border. To do so would compromise the integrity of the single market and the EU 's position is tied up in law by the Single Market Act.

The backstop is a mechanism intended to prevent the UK unilaterally making changes to the situation in NI. Obviously they are not prepared just to take the UK's word on that, and who can blame them, any UK parliament can alter anything a previous parliament has agreed.

So, unless Boris can conjure up some other mechanism that will tie the UK's hands, the backstop it will be in any agreement, or disguised border controls in a no deal situation.

The "no deal" will entail a mini deal on where to locate the border controls so they are not visible in the middle of Ireland and Johnson will have little option but to concede on that, probably on the ferries and at the airports. Immigration between the UK and NI will be seen as an outrage and reunification will undoubtedly follow.

Only the delusional would think that you will be able to walk into the EU, after all, wasn't that what the brexiteers wanted from day one, controlling borders.

Actually there are things MP's can do...

Particularly as Boris has only a majority of 1 and that is counting the 10 UDP members, and we know there are many tory who will not support a "No Deal Brexit" some are even remain supporters, should Boris try that trick could see him defeated with a "no confidence vote" that would mean tories having to form another government, but assume a number of tories were to actually defect could see Labour and all the other parties forming a coalition 320+ MP's ang going to the Queen saying they are now the largest party...

Well good luck with the idea that there might be a coalition with Labour under the leadership of Jeremy Corbyn. If there was any likelihood of that, the markets would not have sold off Sterling to where it is now.
